A hospital runs on paper. Every arrival opens one, every room adds to it, and every person leaves with a summary.

The home page is that paper: a visible grid, a trace, and a sentence placed inside a cell. The links sit in numbered cells, not on a bar.

The chart does not pretend to be a patient record. It is how the site is organised.
